General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable — they may not be shared, gifted, or sold to another player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk669. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where warranted.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

Closure or Suspension by tk669

Where an account is closed by tk669 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct — for example, due to a platform-level policy change affecting access in a particular region — any outstanding verified balance will be returned to the player.

Self-Exclusion

tk669 supports self-exclusion as a responsible gaming tool. Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days, or a formal self-exclusion of a minimum of six months. Dormant Accounts

The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
